Listing solutions for small or large stores - Integrated manual listing tool for small stores, just adding one product at a time or bulk listing tool using Excel or Open Office. Each item has it's own shipping settings, choose where to ship to and how much, plus discounts for purchasing multiple items.
Integrated messaging service allows you to communicate with your customers and most importantly keep a record of what both parties have said so there is no "mis-remembering". Notifications are sent by email but all conversations take place and logged in your dashboard.
SEO Tools - Madgerbil has an automatic site map generator which notifies search engines whenever content changes in your store. Our manual listing tool automatically adds url keywords but you can also add your own SEO tags for products and your shop.
Share and Earn - Share your unique promotion URL and you can earn reward points that you can use against purchases on MadGerbil (register as user before signing up as seller to use this feature).

What do I need to do to create a shop?

It is easy to open a shop on MadGerbil. Just click the Open Shop button on this page and follow the registration process. Once logged into your seller dashboard you can create your shop with just a few easy steps then start listing your products.

Do I need a Paypal account?

No, all customer payments are paid to MadGerbil's account. When the product has completed it's process (including delivery and cooling off period) you can request to withdraw funds and we will pay your proceeds into your bank account (or paypal account if preferred),

How will I receive payments for items I have sold?

You can choose to have payments made direct to your bank account or by paypal. You can request to withdraw funds from your account balance at any time with minimum £30 but not more than once in each 7 day period.

Is it Free to open a shop on MadGerbil?

Yes! You can open a shop and list your products for free. No subscription. No fixed term contract. No listing Fees. However, we charge a 15% Final Sale Commission on every product we have helped you sell on MadGerbil,

What can I sell on MadGerbil?

You can sell most things (but not adult items) on MadGerbil under one of our 52 categories and sub-categories (they will only appear on the website when products are available to buy) so we probably have it covered. If you have an item that does not fit one of our categories then simply contact us and we can sort it out for you.

What is the order process and payment timescale?

Funds from a sale will be added to your Account Balance when the order is completed. The order is classed as completed when the item has been delivered and the customer has been given his cooling off period (by UK law) which is normally about 14 days after you have shipped the item unless any problems have been reported by the customer,
